Creo Preps Imposition & PDF, Font Problems on Harlequin

I've been encountering some issues recently with PDF files and the Harlequin RIP we have. The page in question has some fonts embedded called MBICONS. The MBICONS are embedded for a small symbol that is round, has a upside down triangle with a Exclamation mark in it, and resides prior to the word WARNING. I pull the PDF file into Creo Preps V4.2.3 Imposition program which, of course, converts it to a usable postscript since Preps doesn't utilize PDF files directly. When previewing the page in Preps the symbol looks the way it should, but upon sending the page to a Harlequin V5.5 Rev1 RIP and previewing; the upside down triangle and exclamation mark are gone and all that is left is a solid black circle. It's kind of off subject but I was hoping that maybe someone reading this had encountered a similar problem and could, therefore, point me in the right direction to fix this problem.
