Prepress, PDF-X-Robot - hot folders for PDF workflow
greetings rosslyn, PDF-X-Robot can work batches as a drag & drop workflow, it can also be used on single open documents by using the PDF-X-Robot menu commands in Quark and InDesign. I'm sure that JP can engineer a version that does that as he has done all kinds of hot folder types of automation.
but, for PDF-Robot, it's not engineered for that out of the box. You need to request a customized project if that's what you want to do. JP does workflow robots of any kind through the Xtensions, Plug-Ins, and applications that he develops, as far as I know, he can do anything that can be written to spec. just write out exactly what you want software to do, he's either done it or can do it for you.
