OK, now we are getting specific. Here's a couple of things below that are not in the FlightCheck set-up page .
FlightCheck has nothing to do with the printer selected, and PDF-X-Robot does not care what printers are selected or installed. So, I think it is safe to say that there's no problem with a printer. PDF-X-Robot does open your Printer Setup Utility so that you can see what proofing device you are setup to. But PDF-X-Robot does not need any particular printer to create PDF files, so it doesn't care what printers are installed or not installed. A couple of ideas. . . .
