In this case, Omega, that's the point. We put a gif version of all of the ads from our newspaper up on our website. To update on this, I found exactly what I needed. Under File > Scripts > Image Processing you can use that to convert an entire folder of PDFs (or every other image type for that matter) into JPGs, TIFs, or EPSs. But you can also run an action on them before it converts. In that action I have the PDF being rasterized (with no import options dialogue box), resized to 725 px wide, 72 dpi, RGB, then Save for Web.
